NOTE：
All the printheads needs to go through a testing process using a special testing liquid, the color of the testing liquid may vary from clear to pink. This procedure is our standard protocol and the purpose is to make sure all of the printer heads are fully functional before they are released to our customer. Even though we would clean the outer surface of the printheads after testing, there would still have some remaining inside the printheads. So when you receive your printhead, there's a tiny chance you would see some remaining inside the packaging after a bumpy shipping process. With that being said, if you are fine with the testing liquid, please go ahead and place your order, you won't be disappointed!
1.Please TURN OFF POWER of the printer BEFORE INSTALLATION, or it will cause the main-board chip burned. After loading the print head, please don't install ribbon overhead 10 pieces of A4 document, so that the new needle would go through a running-in process, and then put the ribbon on. Please handle with caution.
2.If the original print head is broken and especially if there are leaks, the mainboard is possibly burned or ruined, so please troubleshoot the main-board before replacing the print head. In addition, the F1,F2 fuze wire of main-board can only be replaced by the original fuze that has same current value and of the same model. If replacing fuze that has bigger current value or different model, Both printhead and mainboard are possible to be ruined.
3.Replacing Print head requires lots of attention, It is easy to cause man-made damage if a non-professionals replace printhead blindly. There is a regulation that printhead is not warranty, and it is delicate and expensive, please do not make commissioning on the machine, and please treat it with caution
4.Professional Installation is highly recommended! If you are not familiar with the machine, it is
recommended that you had better send the print head to a repair shop or find professionals to replace the nozzle or printhead, to avoid unnecessary losses.
